Returns & Exchange Policy

At Trendy Wear Store, a proprietary of ShivMani Enterprises, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We understand that sometimes an item might not be exactly what you expected. This policy outlines the guidelines for returns and exchanges.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Original Condition: The item(s) must be returned in their original, unused, unwashed, and unworn condition. All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and attached to the product.

  2. No Damage: The item(s) must be free from any signs of wear, damage, stains, or odors.

  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or packing slip) is required for all returns and exchanges.

  4. Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons and specific product categories, the following items are generally not eligible for return or exchange:

    • Intimate wear (e.g., lingerie, innerwear, swimwear)

    • Items marked as “Final Sale,” “Non-Returnable,” or “Clearance.”

    • Customized or personalized items.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Within 7 days of receiving your order, please contact our customer support team via:

    • Email: support@trendywearstore.com

    • Please provide your Order Number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason for the return/exchange. Attaching clear photos of the item(s) can expedite the process.

  2. Choose Your Return Method: Our team will review your request and guide you through the available return options:

    • Option 1: Trendy Wear Store Pick-up (Where Available)

      • If reverse pick-up service is available at your Pincode, our team will arrange for a courier partner to collect the package from your doorstep within 2-4 business days of your request.

      • Please ensure the item(s) are securely packed in their original packaging with all tags intact, ready for collection.

      • This service is provided at no additional cost if the return is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item shipped by us. For other reasons (e.g., size issue, change of mind), a nominal pick-up fee may be deducted from your refund or charged upfront.

    • Option 2: Self-Ship

      • If reverse pick-up is not available at your Pincode, or if you prefer, you can self-ship the item(s) back to us.

      • Our customer support team will provide you with the return shipping address.

      • Please securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached. Include a copy of your invoice or order details inside the package.

      • You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a reputable courier service with tracking to ensure the safe delivery of your return. Please share the tracking details with us once shipped.

      • For returns due to a manufacturing defect, damage during transit, or an incorrect item shipped by us, we will reimburse standard shipping charges (up to INR [Specify Amount, e.g., 100-150]) upon verification and successful receipt of the returned item.

Refunds

Once your returned item(s) are received and inspected by our quality control team, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited within 5-7 business days from the date of approval. The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, debit card, UPI, bank transfer). Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank’s policies.

  • Rejection: If the return is rejected (e.g., items are not in original condition, non-returnable item, outside return window), the item(s) will be shipped back to you at your expense.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or a different product:

  1. Initiate a Return: Please follow the “How to Initiate a Return” process for the item you wish to exchange.

  2. Place a New Order: Simultaneously, we recommend placing a new order for the desired size or product on our website to ensure its availability.

  3. Refund for Original: Once your returned item is received and approved, a refund for the original item will be processed as per our refund policy.

  4. Exchange: Exchange and Replacement product will be deliver within 7 days

Damaged or Incorrect Items Received (Important: Unboxing Video Required)

In the rare event that you receive a damaged product or an item different from what you ordered:

  1. Mandatory Unboxing Video: For all claims related to damaged, defective, or incorrect items, a clear and unedited video of the package opening (unboxing video) is mandatory. The video must clearly show:

    • The sealed package before opening.

    • The entire opening process without cuts or edits.

    • The product(s) inside, clearly showing the damage or discrepancy.

    • All sides of the item and packaging, including the shipping label.

    • Any tags or labels on the product.

  2. Immediate Notification: Please notify our customer support team immediately, or within 24-48 hours of receiving the order, with your order number and the unboxing video.

  3. Verification & Resolution: Upon verification of the video and the issue, we will arrange for a free replacement of the correct item or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping charges, at your preference. We will arrange for a reverse pickup of the damaged/incorrect item. Claims without a valid unboxing video may be subject to review and might be declined.

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.

  • To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team with your order number.

  • If the order is successfully cancelled, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to follow the standard return process if you no longer wish to keep the item.
